Walt Disney World is already known for it's ability to make little girls feel like a true Princess but it is taking it's Princess experience a step farther with it's latest announcement. Disney announced yesterday on them Disney Parks Blog that it will soon be opening 512 Princess themed Royal Rooms sometime in February or March of 2012.
The rooms (shown above) will be housed in Disney's Port Orleans Resort and will be fit for royal guests. With headboard with fiber optic special effects, bathroom sinks that have Aladdin’s genie lamp as the faucet, a footstool that came to life as a dog from Beauty and the Beast, as well as artwork and special mementos left behind by the Disney Princesses themselves.
The premise behind the rooms is that Princess Tiana, from The Princess and The Frog, invited some of her royal friends on a vacation getaway and the Royal Rooms are the rooms that they stayed in.
It is rumored that the Royal Rooms will be available for booking sometime in mid-summer.
